Triceratops (T. prorsus) is a bulky herbivore that inflicts a lot of bleed. When it roars, it shakes its head, which can scare predators away. It is one of the first animals added, being present in the "Primal Life" stage of the game. In LudicrousCunningFox's ownership period, they had sexual dimorphism present in the models. Still during that period, they protected Edmontosaurus's nests from predators.
Strategy and Countering[]
Triceratops is a feared herbivore since they have a high attack and bleed. However, they're slow and you can easily escape them.
- Counter:Giraffatitan, Tyrannosaurus**
What to do[]
- Use Giraffatitan. Attack when it gets near your tail.
- Use Tyrannosaurus and keep biting its back and avoiding getting hit by its attacks.
What NOT to do[]
- Attack with any animal on its front (other than Giraffatitan). If you do that, you will be killed easily with its high attack and bleed.
Trivia[]
- Simple herbivore for all players, even newbies
- Its name means "three-horned face"
- It's the creature that most deals bleed, stacking 30 per hit.
- In the remastered version it can now lock horns by pressing Q.
- The colour difference between male and female Triceratops may be accurate, as the colours on male's frills could've been used for display or intimidation.
